Despatch Times for Orders

Due to the vast array of products that we offer, our estimated despatch times can vary depending on what products are ordered.

See below a guide as to what the stated despatch times generally mean:

"Normal despatch within 2-3 working days"

This indicates that the item is generally held in stock and should despatch within 2-3 working days

"Normal despatch within 3-7 working days"

This indicates that the item is a 'bespoke' product and is being 'made to order' in our factory. Depending on the production schedule at the time, the order should be ready to despatch between 3-7 working days

"Normal despatch within 3-5 working days"

This indicates that the item is not a stock item and needs to come in from the manufacturers & will despatch within 3-5 working days

"Normal despatch within 5-10 working days"

This indicates that the item is not a stock item and needs to come in from the manufacturers & will despatch within 5-10 working days
